Just pains or something?

Last night had bad indigestion and lower back ache. Some in night crampy and needed loo. Tmi but loose. This morning lots of baby movements. Just easten and indigestion again and lower back cramps

Just end of pregnancy pains or start if something more? 37 + 2!!
