Just randomly threw up..

I didn't get a crazy amount of morning sickness early on in my pregnancy but today I was just sick. I couldn't even stop myself and there was hardly any warning.. I did feel a little nauseous last night but just put it down to indigestion.
I hope I don't have food poisoning or a stomach bug.. Could that harm baby? since being sick I feel ok. x

If I'm honest with you hunny 28 weeks is when my nausea/sickness returned and I threw up a few times, especially if I lay down too soon after eating or something. My midwife said around 28 weeks there is a surge of hormones and it can bring back first tri symptoms :/
I really hope it was just a one time thing and it's not the case for you! But at the same time it's hopefully pregnancy related and you're not poorly.

Thanks hun I do think it could be hormones actually as I've noticed I've broken out in spots lately and I normally have quite dry skin..
Hopefully it's a one time thing as I felt so bad because my stomach was clenching and baby was kicking

I still get sick especially if i dont eat or something likebifbi am out and have no way to get anything then i get very sick so i try to remember to take things with me. Hope you feel better.

I got sudden nausea 2 nights ago and threw up. I've been fine since, I think it was just a unwelcome return of Morning sickness lol
