Just read that fenugreek may induce labor

So I was doing some reading on fenugreek since with my son I had a hard time with milk supply, so I was really just trying to find out if I should just start fenugreek prior to birth to get a head start. Turns out it can induce labor. Interesting. I hadn't heard that, and I know I wouldn't want to do that now...but in a couple weeks that might be tempting!

That stuff gave me really bad heart burn! Killed me lol didn't help I had galstons too but ya lol

oh interesting, Holland and Barrett (a health shop) sell the capsules here... certainly something to think about nearer 40weeks lol

I thought it wasn't safe to use while pregnant? I used it religiously after I had DD for milk supply also.
