Emily has gotten to the point where she refuses to allow me to feed her anything by spoon. I have even offered her the spoon to hold ..but no..
so I came up with a mixture that is easy for her to pick-up and eat and reachs a good portion of the major food groups..

1 1/4 cups of beef or chicken or vegtable stock ( reduced sodium)

    1/2 cup of vegtables

1/2 cup of whole wheat pasta ( I used elbow)

Bring the broth to a boil
    add veggies and pasta
    boil for about 8 minutes
remove from heat ( keep extra broth in )
a can of rinsed mixed beans ( kindny, navy, chickpeas) or
bits of cut up meat of choice
    mix all together
I added a bit of parmesan cheese

It stores great in the fridge or freezer

You can just heat as much as you want at a time..
