I feel like I only feel the baby, or what I think is the baby, when I am laying down at night or when I am sitting in a chair almost leaning forward. It feels low, like almost by where my pubic hair lines starts. Should it really be that low? I felt like the other night it was to the right of my bellow button. I am just not sure of what I am feeling and don't know if it should be all over the place like this.

My Tinker is still really low down, I get kicks on the pubic line. I assume he will move up when he's bigger but at the moment he seems happy low down! :) Also when I was 17 weeks I'd spend ages before bed just laying down seeing if I could feel him flutter, and I did :happydance:

one of mine ise very low, constantly putting pressure on my bladder :) dont worry x

yup i get movement really low down. the lower it is the weirder it feels x

Mine is the same. I only ever feel movement when sitting, and it's all low, and only on one side! Midwife says the placenta could be on the other side and sort of to the front, so explains why I don't feel anything there.

Only once did I feel movement higher up, and it made me jump haha! It was like baby suddenly flung it's arms and legs out and it was more in the middle and higher up.

baby is really low for me too, getting a little higher in the last few days but generally I only feel baby when Im sitting too

Yep mine is on my pubic line too, further confirmed when the doctor found it on the doppler. Definitely extremely low down.

Yep huni, totally normal.

I had my scan and the she said the baby was curled up in a ball in my pelvis with its bum nestled nicely in it, hence my low down kicks.

Enjoy! They are so cool!

Snap!!! Feels like the baby is kickin bits outta of ur bladder lol, when have heartbeat checks babys low down too but have had some punches and kicks above belly button too, like a hamster on a wheel lol xx

Mine are low down too and can only feel them on one side.

The uterus isn't up to your belly button until 20 weeks, so this is why the kicks are still low. I've only just started to feel the kicks around my belly button but no higher yet. The majority are still low down. The baby still has loads of room at the moment, so they are free to move around!

Im 25 weeks and mine are still low, at the 23 week scan the babys head was wedged above my cervix and it is the head that's been giving me funny internal low down feelings!! Your baby still has loads of room to move about, as it gets bigger then the kicks will move up, mine were slightly higher last night but not much different to 19 weeks (when I first felt him/ her) x
