Kidney fluttering

I have the weirdest sensation in my left kidney. It's a thumping fluttering feeling very similar to the feeling when you first start to feel your baby kick.

I had similar thing last week in my right rib cage and now it's moved.

A few weeks back I had a very bad UTI and kidney infection and had antibiotics. I've finished all my medicine but wondered if anyone has had this??

I have mild back pain and sometimes lower abdomen pain but nothing severe at all.

Any ideas?

I had a urinary tract infection that turned septic and I had to be hospitalized and get lots of antibiotics... Never had a flutter though?

A flutter sounds more like a muscle spasm to me. With my sepsis, it was a low, dull back pain that got worse when I tried to move, and the dull pain radiated up and down the sides of my back. I also had a 104F (40 degrees centigrade) fever. The mild back pain might warrant a visit to the doctor's to make sure the urinary tract/kidney infection hasn't returned?
