Kind of upset with my dr's office

So I had to have another emergency u/s last week due to continued spotting and pelvic pain. Well, they said baby was ok and on track, and then the dr at the u/s place told me that the subchorionic hematoma was gone.

I was still having left side pain today (and still spotting) and had to call again. My dr's office said, "the SCH isn't gone, she wrote in her report it's still there but it's gotten smaller"

ARGHHHHHH. I am upset. I was so happy thinking it was gone and my spotting would end soon. Now who knows
