I was diagnosed with endometriosis before finally getting dd. I had surgery to remove the endo. Fast forward to now we have been ttc #2 for over a year with no luck. I had an ultrasound a couple months ago and was told my ovaries are in the pouch of Douglas and are touching. We recently just completed an iui 2 days ago, but I have been reading what little information Dr. Google has about kissing ovaries, and it doesn't sound very good. My doctor didn't seem concerned and said they could be together because of adhesions. Anyone have any experience with this?
