Lack of poos (baby not me!)

Hi ladies

I hacve posted similar before, but this time it has been 2 and a half days since LO has pooed. I am BF but have introduced a tiny bit of formula in the evening due to weight loss. I called MW and she said this is normal but I am worried.

What do you ladies think? Is LO OK?

MY BFed baby went a week and a half without pooing, took her to the ER and everything. The ER doctor took some lube and stuck his pinky in her bum- which immediately ended the problem. We went to her pediatrician the next business day and was told that it was normal because my breast milk was being fully absorbed by her body, leaving nothing to waste.
