Did you find that your due date was more accurate from the 12 weeks scan or from the date of your lmp?

Im due tomorrow from my 12 weeks scan but if i go by my lmp im not due for another week, which at the moment seems more likely as nothing is happening.

Mine was more accurate from the scan last time as from my dates she was due 5th and from scan dates 9th and was born on 13th. Personally I don't think either method of guessing dates is 'accurate' tbh. All babies grow in utero at different rates, just as they do once they are born

all three of mine were closer to lmp.
my mum had five children and with all but the last which was an early induction she was only two days out by here dates and up to 10 days out by scan

Both were close to the LMP. Actually, this is my third pregnancy and I have yet to have my dates changed by scans. For my daughter, I was 1 week early, and for my son, I was 10 days early. I had my membranes stripped with my son though, and I kept walking a lot to get things moving... Even when having contractions. It really helps get things moving.

Well on my lmp I'm 40+1 an 12wk scan I'm 38+5. But I think my babys do what they want which is always 2 weeks late x

with my toddler - from LMP, due date was the 7th. from *my* dates (calculated by temping) due date was the 11th. 12 week scan agreed with the 11th, and hospital gave that as my official EDD. baby was born on the 15th. should have been record ed as 40+4 but for some reason it was down as 41+1 (which irritated me).

this one - LMP gives the 19th as EDD, which scan agreed with, so it's stayed the 19th. however my dates (again from ovulation) say the 23rd. we'll see. I won't be surprised if I go over both dates, have set myself up for it anyway.

With my first, my LMP date and scan date agreed, 23rd April. Baby was born on the 2nd of May.

With my second, I calculate my due date as 31st January, scan agreed, but MW has decided 3rd Feb

i went to labour exactly on my due date...but that's rare.
