I think maybe they are busy with their newborns?? I post a lot in labor and delivery and the replies are slower to come in than over here in third tri. I think they are all busy as new mommies.

Hey there, why don't you post in the breast feeding forum about your issues with that. they should be able to help you. I remember those days well and it is really really tough. But I promise that it will get easier and you will get more sleep very soon. As a wise person said to me "all this, in time, will pass"

I too have been having some issues with breast feeding. Baby got jaundice because my milk wasnt coming in fast enough and he was losing weight. My nipple are cut and cracked and hurt like no other but we have been working very hard and went into see a nurse to see what we can do to try to latch better etc and she gave us great advice. My milk came in and doing as she asked me to do baby ate close to 3 oz of milk. My baby is just a day older then yours so pm me too if you wanna talk or something.

I'm still looking at 3rd tri posts and not sure why!! I miss the excitement of third tri I think! Think there needs to be a newborn section somewhere as baby club seems to be quite a wide range of ages nfor the questions I have x

I think Ive made a break through - my LO has a touch of jaundice too - but thankfully on her 5day weigh in (TODAY) she only lost 3oz.

We have a breastfeeding support service where I live and I called them and they came out to see me within 2 hours to discuss it all. I wasnt as bad as I thought - just very old school matron type MWs scaring the hell out of me at the hospital and I was getting myself and my LO worked up.

How are u now? Did you manage to get any support? x

Hi!! how exited our babies have the same birthday too. you should pm me and we can talk about our babies. I agree i think there should be a newborn section on here. Maybe we should make one in the group discussion page? IDK i havnt been over to baby section yet as im still fond of 3rd tri lol

We are doing well and baby is eating well now. Hiis jaundice like i said is gone and im sure he is gaining weight! I have gotton alot of support i think it is working well. I figured out the key is to relax cuz if were stressed the baby feels that too.

How is everyones LO sleeping at night?
