8 lasanga noodles 1 egg 1 12oz of cottage cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella ( 4oz) 1/4 cup parmesan 1/2 teaspoon basil 2 cups spaghetti sauce Cook noodles. Meanwhile beat egg,then stir in all 3 cheeses, then basil. Once noodles are done spread each noodle equally with cheese mixture leaving a small part of one end clean. Roll up tightly to empty end. Place in fridge til completely chilled. The recipe says put on dish and microwave with sauce. Ours I put in a pan and chilled. I added meat to the sauce and when ready covered with sauce and extra cheese then topped with foil. I then cooked it in the oven at 350.
