Last day at work :-D

I thought this day would never come!! I had saved up 2 weeks holidays so i can finish at 34 weeks and have my maternity leave kick in at 36 weeks. So this is my last day yaaaaaay!! So glad to see the back of this place as it's not a fun place to work, i won't miss it! Can't wait to have a few weeks of relaxing and getting everything ready for baby sorry for the pointless thread i'm just so relieved! x

me too! it was my last day today-was supposed to be from 8-4.30 but we only had 5 children this afternoon so they dais i could leave at 1!!! so pleased plus we have a staff meeting tomorro which i really didn;t want to go to until one of the dads let slip that they're actually throwing me a baby shower-how lovely is that! so now i'm all excited and looking forward to joining you in putting my feet up for few weeks before LO arives x

Enjoy! I just started my mat leave this week. Worked right to 37wks + and I`m very happy to be able to have some R&R time. That being said, I`ve kept myself busy so far with washing baby clothes and readying the house. Hoping to fit in a little nap today!

I've got 2 days holiday in there as well, so after today I've only actually got 13 working days left (not that i'm counting...honest!!!)

Its my last day today! I dont know whether to put a happydance or a cry!lol
I'm not really leaving because of maternity [i am too tired to work til 11pm now] but the real reason is because we're moving and there's not really ay point in me trying to find a new job atm. It was a really crappy boring job but was easy and paid relatively well and my boss is the lovliest man he has been super helpful throughout my pregnancy, he even gave us our crib! I'll miss him..xx

3 weeks tomorrow I'll be able too say the same!! Very jealous as can't wait!! I used 3 weeks hols too finish this early - no way I coulda worked till I was 38 weeks, so, so glad I did!

i'm so jealous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but still happy for you. i do plan to try to work til i can't anymore. i have this huge fear of my water breaking at work though. if i make it to 39wks maybe i will take off then until it's baby time.
