late ovulation - cd17, now 11dpo and af due 12dpo - normal?

so i am confused.
i am 11dpo today and on a 28 day cycle.
I should therefore be due AF tomorrow which only puts me at 12dpo (which could still be implantation)

Did i ovulate too late for BFP to be possible ?
i have bad bad cramps feels a bit like AF but not what i normally get

did a cheapie HPT this morning and got a faint faint line, but i think it is an evap as it is not clear

what does everyone think ?
not planning to test until at least monday as too expensive, especially when i have AF pains

Im sure I read 11 days luteal phase is ok... edging on a little short but its ok. I think 10 days or less it becomes a problem.

So I wouldnt worry. Is there any way you can upload the piccy of test? just for another set of eyes to look at ?

Its fine. Under 10 days luteal phase is a problem but you have every chance of a bfp. x

good luck Duck. I'm in the same boat as you, I have regular 28 day cycles then every third or fourth cycle I have a extra long cycle (as I ovulated late). All my dpo end at 12 dpo, and then I start af, but this month I'm having the oddest of cramps on and off (I do not normally get cramps). really hoping for us.

Yeah I think luteal phase always stays the same. So if you have 14 day luteal phase and ovulate on day 14 you should get AF on day 29 but if you ovulate on day 20 you won't have AF until day 35.
