late pregnancy test results?

hello all...

so im technically not pregnant yet..but i do have a question for all of you...how far along were you when you found out?

im currently 9 days late but still having

is it really possible to be this late and still have a ?

I was 11 days late when I got my BFP and at 8 days late I got negative blood test...So yeah I say it is totally possible!!! Good Luck FX

On the flip side I was 10dpo both this time and with ds, so it just goes to show how different we all are. Do you know how many dpo you are?

well i know i ovulated on 8/31 so i guess that would put me at 23 DPO..is that even correct? lol..im really new to this...

Well you would hope to see something on a test by then wouldn't you! have you tried using different brands?

well i first tested 9/12 after having a constant feeling of about to puke (still do!) along with gas (which i hardly ever get) and specific back pain that i had when i was pregnant with my daughter...oh yea..and the ever so lovely constant crying...testing with FRER

that test was negative (taken at about 5-6pm)

tested again 9/13 with FMU -

tested again 9/14 with FMU -

tested again 9/22 around 11pm (after sleeping for about 5 hrs) with IC

period was due 9/14 so im just at a total loss...if im not pregnant i just want to know why im so nauseous and what happened to my period?

Well everyone is different, but with all of my pregnancies for some unknown reason I had late BFP's with my first daughter I was 8 weeks and my second I was 5 weeks 4 days and BFN urine BFP blood ultrasound confirmed, with my third I was 5 weeks and with this one BFP 11 days late don't know how far along I am yet doc appt Tuesday...Do you think you are pregnant and are you ever late???? Because I knew and I am never late by more than 2 days, so I was like no I am pregnant and so I am!!!

well..before i had my daughter i was always on time..after having her i had the IUD..but that was removed in april...but since its removal my periods went right back to the way they were before i was even pregnant in 06..my sister said that she didnt test positive with her 4th until about 7 weeks even though the other 3 showed right away...i honestly feel pregnant..OH certainly agrees...i would just like something to prove it..lol

Well it sounds to me that you are pregnant...Can you go get a blood test done? If you can and that comes back negative I would ask for and u/s or at least why they think you are so late...

i really hope i am..however...i currently dont have insurance...and wont until next month when me and OH marry...although a would really speed up that whole process...

To be honest it doesn't sound like you are pregnant to me. By now the HPT should be positive if you are. My HPTS usually become + between 9 - 11 DPO.

The only way to know for sure is a blood test. If that one is negative then you know for sure. By the way, I did know a girl on here that was late for 45 days and wound up not being pregnant, her period was just really late. It happens sometimes but I hope you get the answer you want. I swear some people on here just get on my nerves...NOT EVERYONE PERSON IS THE SAME...obviously you didn't read this whole thread as I just told you that I was 11 days late and got 5 BFP's when just at 8 days late I got a NEGATIVE blood test and I am PREGNANT....Blood is not always 100% either...not trying to get her hopes up....BUT you should not be trying to upset her either!!!

those lovely pregnancy hormones kicking in?

i guess i should of mentioned with my daughter i didnt find out until i was about 6 weeks and had 3 negatives and 2 positives...

my only real worry is that i am pregnant but its ectopic and with it not showing up me just assuming im not pregnant and it rupturing....

Sorry just venting...I understand what you are saying I feel the same way as I have already researched ectopic pregnancy a lot, but I am not going to worry any more until I see my doc for my first prenatal appt on Tuesday...Good Luck to you and please update if not in here some where and I will find it LOL

I'm not trying to upset her. I did read the whole thread. I am just saying it is not likely. You are the exception to the rule. If you don't believe me look up the statistics as to how many women are really pregnant when they get BFNs after 14 DPO. It is very unlikely, I never said impossible.

It's just my opinion.

no harm done..i appreciate the input...like i said my main worry is ectopic since i read that those dont usually show up on HPT's

Good to know. I figured you really wanted opinions. I do know several women on here that did have ectopics and it did show up on HPTs. Have you tried First Response ER? In my opinion those are very sensitive. I got my + at 9 DPO with that one this time around. IC tend to be less reliable.

well i tested 9/12 9/13 9/14 with FRER and all were negatives...however my period wasnt due until 9/14-15 but i figured it would of been sensitive enough to show up by now...so i invested in IC having a feeling this game could go on for awhile..lol...i dont really trust them either..but i dont want to spend money on a good test everyday only to get 's im not really stressed anymore than i ever have been..so i dont think thats it..just wondering whats going
