I've cut out caffeine because of recurrent m/c's but a lady from work has just treat everyone to a latte with our breakfast and I don't know whether to drink it? Would 1 do any harm?
I got a bit paranoid and ended up pouring it down the sink down the corridor after having a few sips and then felt really sick and went to retch in the loo's haha. Think my nausea is starting to kick in over past 2 days but luckily haven't actually been sick yet.
One would be fine but if you're not comfortable taking it then you did the right thing by chucking it. Nausea is crap but morning sickness I think is worse.
de-caff is fine - I got tesco finest de-caff tea bags as well which do taste like tea! Twinnings decaff breakfast tea is good as well. The best decaff coffee I've found is the clipper organic decaff - tends to be a bit more pricey but worth it if you can get it. Anyway, had my one cup of caffeine rich coffe for the day and with what feels like butterflies in my stomach that I hope is the first baby flutters (only 14 weeks so not sure) I'm off to work - wish some nice person would bring me a costa gingerbread latte (decaff of course!)
xx
I usually drink herbal teas these days but when I do drink tea and coffee (up to about 2 a day) I make sure it's decaff. Be careful with coke too and don't go mad on the chocolate.
