Stupid question maybe, but can I still get pregnant if all of his "cum" leaks out of me, straight after sex? I'm currently ovulating, this is a rare occasion as I have PCOS. We this morning, but literally as soon as he pulled out, so did most of what he'd just ejaculated. I feel worried really don't want to miss this chance! No doubt we'll again tonight, but I think this morning would of been the best chance!

So yes, you can still get pregnant.

A lot of the semen may leak out, but the sperm start swimming up immediately and enough of them remain that the leaking doesn't decrease your chances.

Yeah, keep in mind that the semen's job is mostly to get the sperm safely into the vagina. After that the sperm swim up and the semen leaks back out.

Don't worry, you can still get pregnant! I'm UTI-prone so I'd have to clean myself and rinse very well immediately after BD which means lots of "stuff" gets washed away soon after. Still ended up with a BFP after all that. Best wishes to you!
