Leaving LO for a couple of hours.

I went to a have a haircut today and left LO with my mum and after about half an hour i was missin him so badly , couldnt wait to get back. As soon as i did i went straight in the living room 2 give him a BIG cuddle and loads of kisses.
Well done to all you working mums, gotta say ur alot stronger than i will ever be.
Anybody else like this?

Well done for leaving him. and getting some you time.

Hubby and I are going on holiday in a couple of weeks with both of sets of parents, so we are hoping to have at least one night to go out and have dinner just him and me!

Even though i felt awful for leaving him it was bliss having a little me time. When i got back he was looking at me as if thinking 'dont you come near me now' lol

Our LO's are close in age... I can't imagine leaving her yet!

Its a he lol. Mum said he cried a little cos he was tired but apart from that he was fine. I bottlefeed him. Gotta say I wont be leaving him in a hurry again.I went with my 2 sisters and all i could talk about was DS

It does get easier. I couldnt bear to leave my eldest until he was about 6 months old but have been happier leaving Freddie (11 weeks) for a couple of hours with my mum or my hubby while I pop out.

Yeah, he was a good 5lb 12, he didnt feed very well, he still doesnt really and he has reflux. He practically just slept until his due date, we basically had to force feed him, he wasnt even taking an ounce every 3hrs. It was very tiring. Otherwise a very happy chappy! Xxx

I have regularly left my LO since he was about 2 and a half weeks old!!
He either has Daddy time or has Nanny and Grandad time.

My LO has refux and not drinking very well today, he has just had 2 ounces and wouldnt take any more. He's asleep now x

Ameen can only fall asleep on my shoulder. I want to start making him self settle but haven't the first clue how to.
