For the last week or so I keep getting leg cramps when i'm in bed - soooo sore! I literally had to jump out of bed this morning with the pain - it interrupted a really good dream too! I haven't had this many since I was a teenager! Anyone else getting leg/foot cramps?
Yup me................................Its sooooooo sore......next day my legs all stiff, mw did say to drink more fluid, eat bananas, have more milk and try and have a small walk every day, which does seem to help. xxx
Thanks Aided Honey. Ive been ill the last few days so havent been walking so that might explain it, im off to eat a bananna and drink more water!
