This is my second postpartum cycle – my last one was 34 days long (exactly my pre-pregnancy norm) and I ovulated on CD 27, so my luteal phase was only 7 days.

Is it possible that my luteal phase will be consistently short, or will it vary? Just trying to get a sense of things!

From what I've read yes but I took b6 this month to lengthen my LP (range 8-10 days) and I have had a 5 day LP!! Off to seey acupuncturist to see what she can do! Let me know how it goes

Cycles post partum will take awhile to normalize again, especially when you're still nursing. Are you looking to get pg while still nursing or are you trying to ween away from BFing?
