letrozole help please anyone??

wondered if anyone here might be able to advise me - so sorry to have posted here, but I've asked on two other boards without any advice.

I've been given letrozole/femara to trial for 6 cycles - CD2-6. my period started yesterday at 4 pm, do I count yesterday as CD1 and start the letrozole today or since my period stared in the afternoon do I class today as CD1 - very confused
wondered if any ladies here had tried this before??

You want to count the first day you had full flow as day 1. So if at 4pm (or 11pm) you weren't just spotting then yesterday was day 1
