I often get confused with this kind of happening - Who done it - Is this a start for soemthing else to come?

i seen it on the news earlier but i didnt think you could get letter bombs anymore i thought that was just something way back many years ago, just shows how much i know

It doesn't say who done it. Letter bombs have mainly been used by animal right activists but I guess they are easy to make so anyone could do it.
