Okay so I found out I was made redundant a few weeks ago.... then I was being toupeed across to another company Fantastic..... it fell through.... righht worrying now!
fast forward a few weeks, and the company we were meant to go to have offered us all jobs, but we have to resign from our current ones so loose out on redundancy, BUT my company wanted to pay my mat leave in one go so I would pay 40% tax!
Had a meeting with the new company today as we have been offered our contracts.
The will let me migrate over to them at 35 weeks pregnant, go for my induction then take my years holiday allowance untill I give birth, honour my length of service, pay my maternity pay. PLUS give me £2k joining fee, a pay rise of 8% at 6 months (even though I am on mat leave and won't have been in!) then after a year of joining (might have been back 3 months might have just gone back) I get a £3k retention bonus, PLUS another pay review, and today they said I might be able to work from home at least part time OR they will pay my petrol to go to work!
AND get this.... if I give birth before the 14th when I am due to move accros hey have agreed IN WRITTING to change my start date on my contract to the day before I give birth and I can sign it and scan it back!

:cloud9: relief does not even come close, I could kiss them!

Hey how amazing! I'm so happy for you  I can't imagine how much weight has been lifted off your mind. Now just relax and enjoy your pregnancy and bub like you deserve to!

I will do once I sign my paper work tomorrow. only poop thing is I was meant to finish work next friday, now I have to wait a few more weeks... but I can live with that ;)

Wow the positives really shine through :hugs: glad you got some good news xxx
