Ligament pains at 16/17 weeks?

Ok I've had some weird stretching/cramping pain (identical to earlier ligament stretching) in my right and left lower abdomen for 2 days now (alternating sides, never both at once), is 16/17 weeks another common time to get ligament pains??

Ugh. I hope so, I am definitely feeling something when I stand up or sneeze!!
