For the last i'd say 2/3 weeks i keep going light headed when i stand up. Bit like seeing stars type of thing.

Each time ive had my blood pressure done its been perfect.

Anyone else the same? Hate the doctors and dont really want to go if its normal to feel this way.

Its not because ive not eaten because its all day it can happen. Ive tryed sugary drinks. Does low iron cause this?

Upto around 22-24 weeks, our blood pressure becomes less than pre-pregnancy. This is normal, and in fact this lowering should happen.
What you're experiencing now is in my doctor's terms, postural hypotension. Its just that when you move from sitting to standing, your blood pressure lowers and you feel slightly light-headed.

To reduce this, try not to stand up quickly, rather take some time, and rise slowly.

    Hope this helped :)
