The last few days I have been suffering with episodes of lightheadedness/dizziness and occasional nausea. It seems to go away when I eat something. Doesn't seem to matter what it is I eat, it goes away within 15-30 minutes. (I had a sandwich yesterday and it went away, I had an apple today and it went away, so the food isn't staying the same to help it go away.)
I am staying hydrated and drinking lots. Taking multi-vitamins daily and eating a balanced diet.
Has anyone ever experienced this? Any ideas would be great! I am just tired of feeling this way over and over again.
