Lily Padz?

Is anyone using, or has anyone used Lily Padz? They're silicone (I think) non-absorbent, reusable breastpads. I wondered if they work. I don't want to fork out all that money if they're useless

* If yes, what do you think of them?

* Are they easy to clean and maintain?

* Do you need to use the wipes etc to clean them, or can you just use washing up liquid? (I'm not sure they sell all the wipes here)

* Does milk spill?

* Are they okay for those who leak lots?

Wonderful and life-changing for a week, then they stopped working. I was so upset. It was a lot of money to fork out, and I was really angry about it. I followed all the instructions to the letter.
