Little bit of blood in baby's poo

My little girl didn't have a poo for a day and I could see she was a bit uncomfortable, turning red and having a hard tummy and passing lots of wind.
She just had one and it was the right colour and mushy consistency but I noticed like 2/3 drops of blood in it.
I've Googled it and it says it could be a fissure in her anus, but the consistency wasn't hard so I don't know how it could have caused the fissure.
It also says it could be a food allergy and maybe I should change to another formula.
Has anyone had this? Should I go to my GP tomorrow?should i wit until she has another one and see if there's blood again?
She seems happy and normal otherwise.

I would definitly get the Doctor to check out your LO - I wouldn't wait for it to happen again Hun. xx

my midwife advised to wait and see if there's blood in her next poo.
i'll definitely take her to the doctor's if today's one has any blood in it again.
fingers crossed!

My LO they think it is a milk protein allergy that caused it (though he is BF); so it could be an allergy to a milk based formula
