Hello girls :flow: please no read and runs, would really like some advise!
Ok, so i live in a really little road, one car width wide, and only 6 houses in my little cramped road (including ours.)
2 of our neighbours are having major refurbishments done, which are going to take a few months, so will still be happening when baby is here. Firstly they have massive lorries that block up the road, so can't even get my car off the driveway, and takes a good half an hour for them to move :growlmad: also the neighbour on my right, and the neighbour on my left (who we are attached with (we are semi detached) have fires every single day. The neighbour on our left burns tree, it gets so bad we can't even see our garden when we look out the window. Neighbour on our right burns trees AND rubbish. It stinks, and it's so smokey all the time. I've started to develop a terrible cough, and lately been struggling to breath quite regularly. Am just really worried how i'm going to cope when my baby is here, and worried about how dangerous it is going to be for him constantly having to be cooped up inside, windows and doors shut, because of the constant smoke everywhere down my road. Help pleaseeeeeeee really need some friendly advise.

call the council hun i believe you have to have alicience to burn rubbish etc !!

call the council / police... pretty sure u can get some form of anti-social order against them.
as for them blockin up the road... that is illegal... what if an ambulance needed to get through??
xx

Thanks, i'm going to ring them see if they'll do anything, i'm a bit worried though, neighbours are quite a rough family, in and out of prison and that, very aggressive, don't really want to cause too much trouble with them, not exactly in a position where it's a good idea for me to have enemies living right next door :'(
But i'll still call the council, especially if what they're doing is illegal, think i'll just keep my identity to myself when i do it :haha:

call the council but take videos and photos first. afterall it could be ages before they witness anything - at least then you'd already have some evidence. x
