LO in pain when burping/hiccuping :-(

For a few days now my LO seems to be in quite a bit of pain when she is burping or hiccuping, she sort of jumps with the pain and then starts crying, it's making me so sad seeing her like this and not being able to do anything to take the pain away, I really hope someone can help! I took her to the docs and she was useless tbh, said there wasn't much I could do and just to bring her back if she still has the same symptoms after a couple of weeks!

Just keep rubbing her back and rocking her backwards and forwards, that should move it on and up or down.

It could also be silent reflux,when Lola burps or hiccups she gets acid in the back of her throat and that's what hurts her,she doesn't cry as much now she's on gaviscon,hiccups or burps don't come with cries at all now.just another option of what could b causing it hun xx
