Lo suddenly hates bath...argh!!!

my lo is now 5 months old and i have decided to finally start using the big bath rather than her baby bath as she was quite squashed in her baby one. the first time she went in the big bath i got in with her (our first one together) and she was ok only when i held her tight to me, last night i tried her again on her own and she cried the whole time. its so horrible cos she used to love her baths and cry when i got her out but now its a mission to get her to stay in for more than 10mins.... any advice or suggestions??

Do you have toys in with her? My LO hated being in the big bath with her daddy but seems okay on her own, though she is older. She has some of her 'daytime' toys in the bath so they are familiar (such as stacking cups) and we play with these.

My LO has only gone in the big bath in the last week or so. I kept her in the baby bath and she sat up rather than laid down. Then she tried to escape....
