Bbrand new with tags dress from Miss Selfridge. Size 18..but is a small 18. Halterneck with a bubble skirt. Heavy material so hangs lovely. Cost me over £80 a couple of months ago, i got it to wear to a wedding now im pregnant so it wont fit me by the time of the wedding!
