Lochia / post partum bleeding....

Not sure if I should be worried... I gave birth to our first child almost four weeks ago and my bleeding has gradually got lighter and lighter. In fact a day or two ago I thought it had finally stopped. But now this evening I've started bleeding again, bright red blood and passed several clots. I've got a heavy aching feeling underneath and I'm not sure if this is normal or if I should see someone.

I'm not really sure hun - my bleeding was a bit like this, it went on for almost 9 weeks. If it is big clots then you're probably better off getting it checked out to be on the safe side. Also, I'm not sure that the aching is normal? Sorry, not much help but didn't want to rnr...

Seems to have eased up this morning and is very light again.
