I'm hoping someone can help me..

I came off my implant on April 17th last year. I didnt have AF at all for the 13 months I was on it, and I didnt have another AF until October 1st last year.
Then my cycles were really long...52 days and 49 days. so i thought ok great, it'll get shorter until it's back to normal hooray.

then I had a 23 day cycle...and starting from the beginning of the 49 day cycle I had like 3/4 days spotting before the actual AF started, which I've never had before.

at the beginning of the 23 day cycle I had more spotting before AF really kicked in.

so then i thought ok maybe just 1 odd cycle, thats fine.
but now Im on CD18, and the spotting has started again. I had 1 positive opk this cycle, on the evening of CD10, with a temp jump that lasted 2 days (couldnt accurately measure any more than those 2 days), but other than that I had no signs of O. so now if the spotting lasts 3 days again, that means my AF is due to start on CD21...

so what is happening? anyone? and what can I do to stop my cycles getting progressively shorter? im so confused!
