Long wait...

I had my third nearly 10 months ago but me and my partner really want another one...but here is the big BUT, my health has taken a big dip 😩.
I've recently been diagnosed with Graves diease and have pots syndrome.

My son was born at 36 weeks due to very reduced movement and my health.

I'm scared after reading about my conditions 😕.

Obviously we are waiting about 2 years to try x

Wow that's a long time, but I wish you the strength and determination to get through it to have a great time trying again to conceive. We had planned to wait almost a year but I think that's thrown out the window when he openly decided to go all out on O days recently. I'm sorry to hear about your graves, my mother has Hashimotos so I understand your dilemma.

It is a long time but I just feel I need to get healthy again and I've been told it needs to be planned and because of my medication as well.
Ideally i only want to wait a year

Is the medication helping? They are only able to give my mother thyroid fluctuations in meds for hers but she spent a good deal of money to find out what foods trigger her attacks and eat healthier to try and prevent them happening as often. Seems to work for her.
