I've been having cramps on and off since yesterday x

Your temps are a bit lower and also the watery mucus showed up - so it may mean that the level of estrogen has increased in your body, so maybe AF is coming...

U have had a long cycle. It doesnt look like u have ovulated. But af may be on her wicked way xxx

Thankyou ladies yes my cycles are mostly long all the time and I've deffo not ovulated so I'm going to try soy when Af comes x

Good luck with soy. I tried it once and it shortened my long cycles a bit and i ovulated cd19 which was my earliest ever at that point.
