losing all hope

Hey ladies
Starting to loose all hope here.
Just had a negative blood test, 3 days before expected AF.
Doctor said too early to test, but i feel hopeless

Was due for AF 2 days ago (shes always on the day) No signs of her coming.
I feel so pregnant though im so confused and feeling down.
Darkened nipnips, hungry 24/7! Increased CM, grumpy sometimes very snappy. Leg pains, back pains.

Would be baby #2.

I dont know what to do anymore much needed support.

Yes this morning came up negative too.
But DS #1 didnt show positive till 4 weeks after my due period! So im still really confused and really down about it
