Losing Weight for Christmas

I weighed in today and I lost 1lb, so that is 10lb to date. Only 19 to go. My diet hasn't been perfect these past few days.
 
I've been doing the slimming world. My son broke my scales though, so I had to throw them out. I'm putting off buying new ones in the hope that if I stick to the diet and leave buying the scales for a few weeks, I will be amazed at the difference in weight! Might even buy scales for christmas and wait that long. :D xxx

however so i might buy some more next week
but for the minute i'm happy in the knowledge i
haven't cheated and i've lost something

D - fresh chili bean soup
S- options hot choc
2L water

may have a WW yogurt later on.

Ive had a bit of a day off. Had a 'diet' breakfast & lunch but having a takeaway (half fish supper & half kebab) & a cupcake tonight :)
 
YUM blah...........I am dying for a parmo with garlic sauce.......dont help that OH is a pizza delivery guy on a night and can bring food home for free :wacko: LOL
I have told him not to even let me smell it haha
 
Ellie I have lots of weight to loose too.......I agree with blah, post what you ate today and we might be able give you some tips x
 
Todays Food Diary is:

Breakfast: Mullerlight & Banana

Lunch: Chicken Tikka Pieces with tomato,onion and 1tbsp super light Mayo on Brown bread & 8 grapes

Tea: Spinach and 30g Cheese stuffed big mushrooms with chicken breast in a tomato and herb sauce

Snacks: no idea yet
 
Really need to get my arse into gear on this. I feel awful, yet just moan about feeling awful. Plus Im drinking a load of coffee at work, and not writing it down which I'm sure isnt helping.

Breakfast - Slim fast banana shake (with a banana in to make it half decent lol)
Lunch - Cheese on toast.

Then I'll probably have some pate on toast before I go to work, as I won't be able to eat from 3-8. :(

big bbq chicken salad
chicken roast :) I'll have a baked potato instead of mash/roasties & il do roast veg & brocolli too. YUM cant wait.
fruit for snacks if i need it.
 
I've done really rubbish this week. The first 2 days went really well but then went downhill from there.
I did weigh myself this morning and am still the same, could have been worse really.
Hopefully by Monday when I do my real WI I will have lost a 1lb at least.

Ive been clean eating for 11 weeks now and have lost 10.2kg (22lbs) at last weigh in which was last week :happydance:

Im almost back to my pre pregnancy weight but would like to loose another 5kg at least anyway. I have done minimal exercise although running around after a 2 year old keeps me on the move!

I agree with Blah on the 80/20 rule, ive allowed myself one day a week (on the weekend) where im not so strict and if i feel like something bad ill usually have just a little bit to curb the craving. Ive found it really easy to stick to as im viewing it as a lifestyle change, not a short term diet :)

I dont calorie count either.

This week i've been good then its got to tonight and i've had a takeaway pizza - uh oh!! Hopefully if i'm doubly good tomorrow then it'll be ok for mondays weigh in!! xx
 
Hello ladies I couldn't wait I weighed myself early I've lost 3lb how I don't know as had a fair few slip ups been writing on my fitness pal I think helps or though I tend to go over sometimes:blush: lo has upped her feeds as teething making me more hungry!
