Ive been clean eating for 11 weeks now and have lost 10.2kg (22lbs) at last weigh in which was last week
Im almost back to my pre pregnancy weight but would like to loose another 5kg at least anyway. I have done minimal exercise although running around after a 2 year old keeps me on the move!
I agree with Blah on the 80/20 rule, ive allowed myself one day a week (on the weekend) where im not so strict and if i feel like something bad ill usually have just a little bit to curb the craving. Ive found it really easy to stick to as im viewing it as a lifestyle change, not a short term diet
I dont calorie count either.
