Mine been like clockwork since I had Charlie, but my friend who BFs is still af free 10m later
 
Oops, had subway for lunch :( It was cold, and raining, and we ducked into the first place we could grab something to eat.
 
got my scales working

lost 9lb in total since start

so about 3lb a week which i'm happy with
considering i really need to exercise more!

aunty flow arrived this morning too

chicken kebab and chips. Could be worse, could have ordered pizza or something. I'm too tired to cook :(

Being naughty again, Steak and blue cheese pie, chips, mushy peas and gravy ^_^ I'm sure im bludy pregnant with all these cravings.

A parmo is a north-east exclusive haha.....chicken coated in breadcrumbs, deep fried with bechemal (sp) sauce and melted cheese mmmm heart attack in a box but lush :dohh:
 
dont help that OH works in a pizza shop of an evening :dohh: must resist!

i got the hairy dieters cookbook yesterday
has a cupcake recipe in it

Why can't I ever be good for an entire week :/

Breakfast-Banana & shape raspberry yoghurt (0.5syns)

Lunch- 2 pieces dry wholemeal toast & beans with sugar free jelly (0.5syns)

Snack- banana

Tea- chicken chow mein with soft noodles from takeaway. Loads of veg etc but prob laden in oil.

Gammon Steak in cheese and parsley sauce (1.5 Syn)
Syn Free Roasties
Baby Sweetcorn,Brocolli,Peas in pods & Spring Onions

Yummy Cant wait :D
