Losing Weight for Christmas

i think im gonna have an early night, im so tired!
 
Well weighed in and lost 2lbs I'm so shocked as I've not had a good week really :)
 
Just realised that I'm 25% to goal already :thumbup:

Well done on the losses girls!

Breakfast- Banana & shape lemon greek yogurt (3syns)

Lunch- 2 pieces of dry wholemeal toast & beans with sugar free jelly (0.5syns)

Snack- banana / small bowl of sprouts, cauliflour with gravy (2syns)

Tea- diet coke chicken & rice

Snack- dime bar (7.5 syns)
 
ive had a few slip ups again today and skipped my dinner totally :dohh:
 
I have lost 1lb even though this week hasn't been particularly good. 18lb to go til I'm at my ideal weight.
 
Just realised I've been having 800g bread not 400g so I've been eating syns as what I thought was an HEb :dohh:

well.....an up and down weekend for me really.......had a take away pizza last night, 2 slices so no where near the amount I would normally eat lol.....and some celebration chocs (8) so not good but could have been worse I guess! and I also has a tuna and cheese panini in a cafe for lunch, so yesterday was not so good!

but today I have been good, a nice long walk around the park and an apple, CS shake, and some fresh chili bean soup, so far so good! just gonna have a WW yog and some cherries later before bed........WI in the morning could go either way for me! :wacko:

I am soooo good all week then the weekend just goes wrong :/
 
I'm 2lb down! :happydance: not much of a loss because i've been uber naughty and poorly too.....however I am back on it now :thumbup:

9lb to gooooo.....i'm starting some new fitness routines this week, ahhh and they look rather challenging!

I had a much better day :) made a lush lentil soup for lunch, then made beef stew for dinner. Not snacked cept i shared a kitkat with roman lol. Will have fruit & a yogurt later watching xfactor :) need to do an online shop later, has anyone got any recipe ideas?

Thanks blah :) i'm starting some pilates, i've heard good things about them. Just finished my first session and have to say i'm thoroughly knackered!
 
Oh i used to do pilates (before amelie :shock:) & loved it! first time i went i couldnt walk the next day :rofl:
 
I hopefully will as I have not ate up to or over my BMR so there is a calorie deficite....so hopefully :shrug: thanks :D
all week been good just a few treats at the weekend :shrug:
