Low AMH and low progesterone

Anyone have experience of either?

I had a AMH test last year & it was pretty low. 6.7 & I'm 34 years old. The range it should be is 4.1 - 58.

I also have a short luteal phase so have had progesterone suppositories to help with it. I've had 2 day 21 tests & the results were 27 and 29.

I have no personal experiences, but I read that mesotherapy to ovaries might improve ovarian reserve Good luck
