Hi all,

I am new to this forum and need some advice. I am 37 years old and I have been ttc my first for 2 years now. We recently consulted a fertility expert and am on my 2nd cycle of 100mg clomid, ovidrel trigger shot. My question is this. my temps pre & post O are very low. I have spoken to my fertility doctor about this and he says bbt temping isn't accurate. All my tests are normal (incl thyroid) and I have had a lap and hystro and all findings were normal. I don't know what to do. When I see my temps I just get depressed and feel like I will never get pregnant. Please could you ladies look at my chart. Has anyone gotten pregnant with such low temps?

my chart: https://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/1f05a0

Your charts look like mine and I am ttc#2. My chart link is in my sig. My temps pre-o are usually around 35.4 and my post-o temps are around 36.25, DH always jokes about me being cold (emotionally). I guess we just run at a lower temp than most people.

I don't think it will affect your chances. My DS took 6 months to conceive.

Thank you, this makes me feel a bit better. I have been trying to stay positive, but it is so difficult. It feels like this is never going to happen for me.

Google the SMEP sperm meets egg plan. It looks to me like you aren't having enough BD. Starting CD 10 BD every other day until +OPK then every day until you get a -OPK.

Oh, and your charts look good. Mine looks like the Rocky Mountains.

as long as they are normal for you there is nothing to worry about some ppl just get realy cold when they sleep so get hot as long as you have the lows pre-o and highs post o and you have you have nothing at all to worry about if your temps post o were not getting that high then there is a prob but you have a good temp shift so stop worry and relax for that BFP.

It looks like she is doing IUI from her chart, so I don't think BDing is playing a big role. (if you look under her most fertile days in the BD row there is an "I")

Yes, Sorry I noticed that after I posted. That was actually my first post ever. I was so nervous about making a mistake or saying something dumb that I have just lurked here for over a year now. I finally said something and it was wrong-LOL! My bad.

It's normal. Some people have low temperatures and it's normal for them.
