Low blood pressure

Ok so I'm a little worried about my low blood pressure. Last night and today I had a bit of a nose bleed and i've been feeling very worn out and exhausted. Should I be alarmed (the babies heart beat was steady and normal) I'm just worried it's because of the long hours i've been pulling. What should I do to get my heart rate back to normal? I will call my doctor tomorrow but I want to know what you all think.

Low blood pressure is pretty common in pregnancy hun, It sounds like you may need to slow down a little tho!!!

Be careful when getting up, stand up nice and slowly, if you feel dizzy take it easy for a while.

Has someone taken your BP for you?? You need to mention to the MW/GP hun x

I m also low bp with 100/60 during 2nd trimstar. my doctor says its ok.

Mine was 80/50 the other day, it is quite normal for it to drop, but go get it checked

The midwife at the hospital couldn't believe how low my blood pressure was. But it's all normal. I've had low blood pressure for a few years. I've been told that a bit more salt in your diet helps, but that was before I was pregnant.

I've been having really bad low blood pressure when I've been overdoing it. I think it's your body's way of making you slow down.

I have low blood pressure too - generally the worry seems to be more about high blood pressure than low, but take it easy and don't get up suddenly or be on your feet too long etc as you can get really dizzy. It's probably worth mentioning to your midwife. If you're very tired it could also be due to lack of iron - my mw said my iron levels were borderline and recommended a natural supplement which is fine in pregnancy, you put it in a drink like orange juice. If you speak to your mw, maybe ask about that too?
