What could be the reason for not having a great difference in temps from pre to post O?
Has anyone been consulted on this?
My chart is shown in my siggie

I've been temping for a long time and I've noticed - for me - my temps are way lower if I am in a deep sleep right before my temp time.
I don't sleep like a regular person lol - I typically fall asleep for only around 3 hrs a night - if that happens right before my 6am bbt then the temp is really low, before or after O... if it happens right when I go to bed & I am more awake before 6, my temp can be really high.
Now that I know this I can make a note & slight adjustment and my chart looks pretty standard. (I always have a "normal" 28 day cycle, O on cd14 - the most variation I've ever had is 27 day cycle!)
Anyways, maybe it's your sleeping pattern that's affecting your temps?

It very well could be! My sleeping habits have no rhyme or reason. Me and hubs are always up late, sometimes I wake early, sometimes I wake up super late, so most of my times arent spot on but i think ive been doing better, this is only my second chart temping

Could be one of 3 things..or more I am sure. But I only know of these 3.

1. Your progesterone is declining early.

2. Your temping patterns are inconsistent.

3. You sleep with your mouth open sometimes.

You should try temping vaginally next month, get a good nights rest, and take your temp the exact same time every morning. Try your hardest not to miss any days. If your temps stay up then that is wonderful.

If not you should look into natural progesterone cream and then talk to your health care provider about it.

Check out symptoms of low progesterone and estrogen dominance and see if you have any of them. Easy fix. Great info online about both.

Good luck! :hugs:
