Lower Back Ache

    anyone got any good tips to make it go away?

    Ok so it started at maybe 4pm ish after me and Oh did it for the second time today :blush:

    Ive tried laying down, trying to do a poo/wee and also went to sleep but nope nothing its still there now and its like almost 9pm :hissy:

    Have u a ball to bounce on that is what helped me near the end last time xx

    A warm bath? Try some paracetamol, Its ok to take in pregnancy.

    no i dont have a ball to bounce on but i might try the bath idea, back rub did not work :(

    Sorry hun, I don't have a cure but would love to find one too!!

    Have found that a nice, long warm bath helps altho it doesn't get rid of it completely.
