Hi Everyone!!! I have a question: I had a miscarriage at the beginning of December...AF only came back 3 months after my miscarriage and I have now had 2 normal cycles. Last month I had extreme lower back pain and cramping about 5-6 Days before AF was due. I never use to have any of these pains before my Miscarriage. BUT AF still arrived on Schedule exactly and I know I ovulated last month because I had a Positive OPK on CD 12 and CD13. This Month Im getting extreme back pain and Mild cramping, 2-3 days after ovulation, alot sooner than I got these pains last month. Is this normal?? I know its too soon for implantation, But why am I getting these pains? All Im doing is applying heat to my lower back to help with the pain. I never had these pains before. Anyone else have pains like this just after ovulation????
