Lower back pain before O

Hey guys,

this is the 3rd month in a row that I have felt lower back pain beginning a few days before O. Right now I am on CD 11 and the pain started today. It is not anything extreme and I really only feel it if I go to sit up or something. I am also feeling some ovary tenderness.


Does anyone feel this before O? Seems like maybe the eggs are maturing, but I still want to hear some other experiences.


BTW, how crazy is it that our bodies do these things every month and we don't even know how it does it. We could not say "Hey, don't O this month." The body is the boss lol. So smart it is amazing.

i didnt have any kind of cramping or pain except when i had a nuzzling soft feeling when the baby implanted at 6 dpo. the month prior to my bfp, i had lower back pain but it ended in af. i hate how similar pms and pregnancy symptoms are! but my pregnancy symptoms were the complete opposite of my normal ovulation/af symptoms. i normally have painful cramping but i had absolutely none. my back pains didnt start til 7 weeks pregnant though but everyone is different! its just my experience.

I get back pain before O day too. I only noticed because I was putting it in a chart app on my phone.

Apparently it's very common, or so the phone app tells me!!
