Lower back pain

for the past week or so i have been getting more and more pain in my lower back. It almost feels as if I have a trapped nerve or something. is this where the baby is moving? Its keeping me up at night, working is becoming more difficult as standing, sitting, bending are major ouchie.

I have spoken to a pharmastist that said there isnt anything i can use medication wise to ease the pain but did suggest i used a birthing ball and hot water bottles.

any other suggestions as to things that have helped ease your back pain?

i do have a trapped nerve in my back and have done so since 6 weeks the only thing i find is a hot water bottle but it has its good and bad days, hope you find a cure for yours. my doctor did say it was ok to take a couple of paracetamols if it gets too bad.
