Lower back pains/cramps

11 weeks and my lower back has an achy feeling to it, is this normal? You would I would know if it is or not but I have forgotten about the last two pregnancy first tri. I still feel awfully sick, tired and sore boobs still. Has any of you ladies had this? Hope it will go soon. Thanks

I have all the same symptoms as you and remember feeling like this in my last pregnancy too. All completely normal. If I remember correctly it all got easier around the 12-14 week point so looking forward to that.
