Lower back pains...sciatica

    Hi everyone, has anyone experienced back pains....i had the doc round last night....sciatica. Ive been prescribed co-codamol to take when needed....could barely walk yesterday! The pain killers have helped alot but make me so drowsy. Any other remedies??
